The REC button 
is located in the bottom left corner of the SRV. Once clicked, the recording is started and the time counter starts running.
The Stop button 
is activated when the recording starts, the recording can be concluded by clicking on it.
Video timeline controls
During live recordings the following enhancements can make video review easier:
- Recording can be paused or played back by dragging the slider to the desired point on the video slider.
Video can be paused and the slider can be dragged after 30 seconds have passed from the start of recording. Before that time the pause button is grayed out and the slider cannot be moved.
- Both current and live timestamps are displayed next to each other in the video record panel. Live view can be switched back to by pushing the Go Live button.
