Items can be given specific tags thereby linking them to create a unit called Virtual Section.

  1. Navigate to the Case Content screen by clicking the Case Content button in the top right corner of the Edit Case pop-up window.
  2. Click the tab corresponding to the part where the relevant item(s) is/ are.

Only already created items can be tagged.

2. Hover over the item desired to be tagged. The Add Tag... field appears.

3. Click in the field and start typing the desired tag. Already existing tags will be listed in a drop-down.

4. Select an existing tag by clicking it from the drop-down or complete typing the new one and click anywhere else to save it.

5. Once a tag is added, hovering over it yields two options: Settings and Remove Tag .

6. Click the Settings icon to access the Tag Settings window.

7. In the Tag settings window you can edit

    • edit the weight, the scoring, the location of report as desired
    • use the checkboxes to determine whether the tagged item will affect the case total or the skill area total,
    • and whether it should remain hidden from the users.

8. Click OK to save the changes or Cancel to return without saving.

9. Click the X to remove the tag.

Removing a tag from a checklist does not remove it from the list of existing tags - until the same tag is being used within the LearningSpace system.
As soon as its last occurrance is deleted from the Case content editor, it will be no more listed as existing.
