1. Stay at the Account Management drop-down.
   
   
   
   
2. Select Billing.
   
   
   
   
3. Scroll to Additional Cloud Recording Storage:
   
   
   
   
4. Click Add.
   You will be redirected to your order page where you can select the subscription plans of Available Add-ons. 
   
   

5. Select the 100 GB/month solution (highlighted in orange):

   This solution is sufficient to temporarily accommodate the temporary recordings of virtual events.

   
   
   
   

6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click Continue after selecting the extra cloud storage.
   
   
7. On the Payment tab, provide the

   1. Billing Contact information

      Info
      Beside basic details, the total employee count of your organization is required to continue.

      
      

   2. Payment Method, and
   3. Credit/debit card information.
      
      
8. Once you are finished, click Upgrade Now. You will be presented with an Order Summary.
   
   
9. Click Confirm to complete your purchase.
   Zoom will confirm that your purchase has been successful.
