The User Manager is a module for creating and maintaining LearningSpace user accounts. Each user is assigned a assigned a role which determines what modules and functions of CAE LearningSpace they can access or use.

The User Manager is only accessible to users with Admin role, via the User manager tab.

Note
IMPORTANT: As participation in a simulation event is designated to groups, individual users have to be members of one or more groups to be able to take part in any system-related endeavor.

Users can be assigned to different groups either individually via the Edit User window or by adding them to a specific group in the Edit Group window.
