Annotations are added with respect to learners, therefore, the Annotation panel can only be used if there are learners assigned to a recording. Learner assignment can be completed two ways:

  • scheduling an event (in Calendar), in which case all the learners of the assigned learner group are automatically added when selecting the event in the Event for recording panel of the Start Recording pop-up window

    • by adding learners (by group)

    Recording Setup accessed through the corresponding button in the header above the panel.
