Data Entry is the filling out of the different checklists that can be prepared within LearningSpace, in other words, submitting responses to items incorporated in sections that build up a checklist. Depending on the participant group the checklist is prepared for, the data entry is completed by users with different roles.

Submitted by Learner - data entry is for assessment purposes, eliciting learner competence (or individual feedback), therefore, responses are mainly scored

- Evaluation
Submitted by Faculty/ Facilitator - data entry is for evaluation purposes, reflecting on learners' performance and/ or competence, therefore, responses mainly translate into scoring

IMPORTANT: If an SCE is deleted or edited - including editing or deleting a section or item - after any data entry has been submitted, no report will be available any more.
