We offer our new Zoom OAuth (Open Authentication) solution for our customers who already have Zoom implemented institution-wide, and where the licensed Zoom user accounts are already delegated to university staff, faculty, and students. 

With our new OAuth authentication solution, you can authorize CAE LearningSpace to use personal Zoom accounts with only a specific range of permissions.  This way, you can ensure the privacy of your Zoom account users when setting up virtual rooms, since CAE LearningSpace will only have access to a scope of the selected personal Zoom account. 

After checking and making sure you have enough storage in the cloud of your Zoom owner account, 

• Build and set up an OAuth application within your owner account
• Connect your OAuth application with CAE LearningSpace with the obtained Client ID and secret
• Set up virtual rooms and authorize CAE LearningSpace to access the scope of your selected Zoom user accounts.
