How to Access the Activity Scheduler

• Access the Edit Activity pop-up window of the desired activity.

• Click the Advanced Scheduling link in the top right corner of the window.

NOTE: The Advanced Scheduling link is in the header of the pop-up window, that is, it is available independent of which tab is open.
The system navigates to the Activity Scheduler page, where the already scheduled events, if any, are listed or new ones can be created.

• Create or edit events as described in How to Add New Events in Activity Scheduler.
• To return to the Edit Activity pop-up window, click the backward arrow in the top left corner of the screen.
