IMPORTANT: Only users with Admin or SRP (full control) privileges can approve a booking or event scheduling.

NOTE: Addressees of an approval request receive an email with a link that directly opens the Edit Event window of the relevant event.
  1. If approval is carried out via the module, not the link, on either view of the Calendar screen, double-click the bar of the event/ booking to be approved.

    NOTE: Unapproved events are indicated by a question mark icon - as opposed to the checkmark for the approved ones - in the event bar.

  2. In the Edit Event window, click either the Approve or the Reject button in the Booking panel.

    IMPORTANT: Once a scheduled event or booking is approved, any modification made by a user with SRP privilege with respect to either time, repetition, Activity or room settings has to be re-approved.

Scheduling displayed as paled indicates that the operating user has limited privileges and thus no access to that specific scheduling. Events that have timeslots scheduled can only be edited in Advanced Scheduling, thus appear paled even for users with the necessary privilege(s).
