Access the Preset Reports tab of the Reports module.
Select the desired Activity from the Activity drop-down. Once the Activity is selected, the ActivityReportingSetup link is displayed at the bottom of the tab.
Click the Activity Reporting Setup link. The Activity Reporting Setup page appears.
Click the ClearScoreCache button at the bottom of the ActivityReportingSetup page.
The Clear Score Cache prompt appears.
Select OK to clear cache.
Clearing the score cache means that the system removes any pre-calculated score and recalculates them upon requesting a certain report.
