- Access the Preset Reports tab of the Reports module.
- Select the desired Activity from the Activity drop-down.
Once the Activity is selected, the Activity Reporting Setup link is displayed at the bottom of the tab.
- Click the Activity Reporting Setup link.
The Activity Reporting Setup page appears. - Click the Clear Score Cache button at the bottom of the Activity Reporting Setup page.
The Clear Score Cache prompt appears.
- Select OK to clear cache.
Clearing the score cache means that the system removes any pre-calculated score and recalculates them upon requesting a certain report.
