Important Note for Enterprise Lite Users

This feature is to be used with in-campus audiovisual (AV) inputs. Hence, it is not available for LearningSpace Enterprise Lite, as the solution is used for web-conferencing-based virtual simulation encounters only. To unlock this feature, please upgrade to the LearningSpace Enterprise solution.

  1. When an SP is logged in on an in-room station, an SP toolbar appears in the top corner of the screen.

  2. If a message is sent to that station from another computer, a talk-back option becomes available on the SP toolbar.



If an SP station does not receive an intercom message for an hour, the talk-back times out, and it will not be available until a new announcement is sent.

3. To send a response, the SP has to click and hold the talk-back bubble. The "On the air" message (and the color of the message bubble changing to green) indicates that the SP is responding to the station they received the announcement from.



4. When finished, the talk-back bubble should be released. Thus, the response is sent.
