Any event has the following data set in reference to the event itself:
- title of event
- starting and ending date and time
- repetition settings
- Activity within which the event takes place
- notes (if any)
- In the Edit Event pop-up window, if there is more than one room assigned to an event, each room has its own tab.
- On the active tab, fill out the Case, Participants and Resources panels as desired.
- Switch to the next room settings by clicking its tab.
- When all tabs are filled out, close the window as all changes are saved automatically.
