  1. Access the Preset Reports tab of the Reports module.
  2. Select the desired Activity, then the desired Case from the corresponding drop-down menus.
When one or more Activities are already assigned, the Case drop-down distinguishes between Cases (assigned to the Activity) and Activity Evaluation Cases. The former is listed at the top of the drop-down, while the latter below.

The Case Item Analysis button will be activated under the Group performance reports, the report becomes available.
3. Click the Case Item Analysis button.

  • Check the box next to Mark correct answers to have the correct answers highlighted at each item.
  • Use the Filter to group drop-down to filter for participating subgroups.
The Filter to group drop-down is only available if there is (are) subgroup(s) set up.
  • Use the Filter to Performance Category drop-down to filter for specific performance categories.

The Filter to Performance Category drop-down is only available if there is at least one category set up on the Performance Category Setup page accessed via the Activity Reporting Setup. See in detail at How to Set Up Performance Categories.

Using dynamic subgroups offers another filtering option. It provides means to compare the performance of subgroups of learners who have similar results for a particular item.

The No dynamic subgroups radio button above the first section becomes unchecked and the Phrase field followed by the selected item appears below with a drop-down including all the answers of the item. Selecting the answer you want to filter for results in the statistical data being filtered and displayed only for those learners who choose the answer filtered for in the drop-down.
