Group size limitation no longer applies to the virtual event setup.

From now on, you can define a group size greater than 1 for your scheduled virtual events, which means multiple learners can participate in the same virtual meeting.

1. Advanced Scheduling

By increasing the group size, you allow more learners to be assigned to the same timeslot.

This also means that the number of spots dedicated to an event will multiple by the selected group size:

For more details regarding the new option, go to the Virtual Event Setup part of our Recommended Virtual Event Settings page.

2. Virtual Monitoring

The layout of the Monitoring page has also been adapted to present virtual encounter information in a clear fashion when multiple learners are featured in the same virtual encounter timeslot:

Status Indicator Improvements:

  • Virtual Room (formerly marked as VRoom) and
  • Video Recording (formerly marked as V) status indicators have been moved to each virtual meeting timeslot's footer.
  • Also, the indicators have been given new statuses to inform you more straightforwardly.

Find a comprehensive explanation for statuses on the Monitoring help page.
