Download TeamViewer QuickSupport Application

After downloading and starting up TeamViewer, please send the Session ID (9 digit number) displayed in the TeamViewer window to LearningSpace Customer Support.

Please make sure that the laptop and the TeamViewer has proper internet access (a small green dot at the bottom left-hand corner of the TeamViewer window indicates proper internet connectivity) and stays available/connected overnight (i.e. it does not turn off or go to stand-by mode).
You will NOT need to be present while we perform the necessary steps remotely.
