  1. Access the Case module from your Dashboard.



  2. Open a Case for editing.



  3. Go to Case Content.



  4. Select a checklist and find the section where you want to apply an External Resouce Item.
  5. On the left, find and select External Resouce from the Case item list.

    You can add as many External Resource Items as needed which means you can redirect users to several External Systems in one checklist.



  6. Add your instructions in the question field.

    Tip

    Here, you can also inform users about which external application or site they are about to continue to or let them know that they are accessing safe links.




  7. Click on Set URL of External Resource



    A new dialogue will pop up.



    1. Insert the entry URL inside the text field.



    2. Include the mandatory parameters from the available tokens.



      The system will warn you and not let you continue until you add every mandatory token to the entry point:

  8. Save your settings.
