Zoom updates do not affect the integration with CAE LearningSpace as long as APIs are not included in the update. According to the latest 5.0 Zoom update, there weren't any changes made to the JWT API. |

In their May 2020 update, Zoom has enabled the Waiting Room feature by default. In case you do not want SPs to admit each learner to the current virtual encounter, check out here how to disable waiting rooms in Zoom. |
