- Access the Activity Scheduler for the desired Activity and click the Spots button next to the desired Event.
The Scheduling (Spots setup) screen appears, and all the rounds for the current event are listed in separate rows.

| The Automatic spot setup is set by default. The number of available spots for the round is pre-determined based on thenumber of stations and timeslots previously specified for the round. |
2. Select the Custom radio button to manually override the number of spots for any round. The number next to Spots becomes an editable field.
3. Enter the desired number of spots in the Spots field.
4. Select Save & Return.
The Activity Scheduler appears.
