  1. Access the Preset Reports tab of the Reports module.
  2. Select the desired Activity from the Activity drop-down.
    Once the Activity is selected, the ActivityReportingSetup link is displayed at the bottom of the tab.

  1. Click the Activity Reporting Setup link.
    The Activity Reporting Setup page appears.
  2. Click the Clear Score Cache button at the bottom of the Activity Reporting Setup page.

  3. Select OK to clear cache.

Note
Clearing the score cache means that the system removes any pre-calculated score and recalculates them upon requesting a certain report.
