- From the Dashboard, click the System icon.
By default, the General tab is displayed. - Click the Show Annotations Settings button.
The Annotation Settings window appears and is ready for use.
NOTE: When accessed via the System module, the Annotation Settings window will not have color coding selections.
3. Deleting a preset annotation can be done via using the drag & drop function; the annotation to be deleted has to be dragged to the trash icon.
4. To add a new annotation, select the category by clicking its icon, type the title into the field at the bottom of the pop-up window then click the blue button next to the text field.
