Video Upload for Users with Learner Privilege

Allow users with Learner privilege to upload video files to specific running activities they are participating in.

With these settings, learners will have access to the Video Review module as well on their dashboards.

1. Select a running activity. 
2. Open it for editing.
3. Go to the Options tab. 
4. Select the Learner checkbox under the "Enable video upload for".
   
   

   By enabling video upload, you grant learners (who are members of the activity's learner group in the Participants tab):
   
   

   • access to reports throughout the entire activity
     

     The "Enable report access for learners during the activity" option will be turned on in the Reports tab on the Learners access pane, allowing learners access to reports from start to finish of the activity. (Learner access to activity reports is disabled by default.) 

     
     
     
     

   • access to the Video Review module on the learners' dashboards
     

     The Video review checkbox along with the Video upload report access option will be automatically selected on the Learner access pane in the Reports tab.

     Recommendation

     You can also allow video downloading for learners. This way if an SP uploads a video by the learners' names, they can download it from their account.

   • access to every video recording of the activity that was assigned to them

   • access to every case of the activity
     

     Learners can upload their videos to any case that is added to the activity.
