Video Upload for Users with Report Reviewer Privileges

Allow users with Report Review basic or full control privileges to upload videos to a specific activity.

1. Select a running activity. 
2. Open it for editing.
3. Go to the Options tab. 
4. Select the Report reviewer, Report reviewer (full control) checkbox under "Enable video upload for".
   
   
   
   By enabling video upload for Report reviewer (basic or full control) users, you grant them access to
   
   

   • every video recording of the activity in their Video Review module

     The Video review checkbox along with the Video upload report access option will be automatically selected on the Learner access pane in the Reports tab. 

     
     
     

   • every case of the activity
     
     

5. From there on:
   
   

   1. Report Review (full control) users can upload videos to the activity—they do not need to be members of the activity's faculty group.

   2. Report Review users who are members of the faculty group of the activity in the Participants tab can upload their video files to the activity
      
      

      Report Reviewers (both basic and full control) need to specify each field (Activity/Case/Leaner) to initiate the video upload process:

      

      Report Reviews (basic and full control)  can upload video files to any learner who is a member of the learner group of the activity, but can only review the video recordings if they have access to reports. 

      Tip

      Grant report and video downloading access to learners to have them review and download the videos that Report Reviewers uploaded for them.
