How to Set Stations

• Access the Activity Scheduler for the desired event and select Stations.

NOTE: Stations can only be set for already created events.

• On the Scheduling (Stations) screen, enter the number of case groups and station per case, then click Continue.

TIP: To manage room setting, click the Room Manager link. The link navigates directly to the Rooms tab of the System module.

The Scheduling (Stations) screen appears with the stations listed, along with the Case and Room drop-down menus.

• From the Case drop-down menu, select a Case to run at each station.
• From the Room drop-down menu, select a room for each station.
• Use the buttons at the bottom of the page for further options:
• Update - to see if any room has become occupied (indicated in the drop-down with an asterisk next to the room name)
• Create One More Station - to create additional station(s)
• Delete Last Station - to delete the station displayed last
• Start Over - to return to the previous Scheduling (Stations) screen
• Save & Return - to save the changes and return to the Activity Scheduler page
• Set for All Events - to use the selected stations for all the events of the activity
• Set for Certain Events - to use the selected stations for other (selected) events of the activity

• When completed, select Save & Return.

Using the Station Setup for Additional Events

• Access the Activity Scheduler for the desired activity and click the Stations button next to a scheduled event.

• To set a certain rotation for all events of an activity, select Set for All Events.

A window appears asking if you are sure you want to overwrite the settings for all events. Once confirmed, the station setup will be applied to all the events within the activity schedule, and the Activity Scheduler appears.

• To set the rotation for only selected events, click the Set for Certain Events button.

An Event Setup panel appears with a list of all the events for the current activity schedule.

Select the box next to each event you want to apply the station setup for.

• Click Save.

The station setup will be applied to the selected event(s).
