How to Access the Annotation Settings Window via the System Manager

1. From the Dashboard, click the System icon. By default, the General tab is displayed.
2. Click the Show Annotations Settings button.

NOTE: When accessed via the System module, the Annotation Settings
window will not have color coding selections.

1. Deleting a preset annotation can be done via using the drag & drop function; the annotation to be deleted has to be dragged to the trash icon.

Deleting an annotation

1. To add a new annotation, select the category by clicking its icon, type the title into the field at the bottom of the pop-up window then click the blue button next to the text field.
