Facilitators are medically qualified personnel who can implement and deliver simulation events. Their competence ranges from conducting briefings when learners are given instructions and essential information about the simulation; through providing indirect assistance and guidance for the learners during the simulation; to managing debriefing sessions when the simulation experience is re-examined and analyzed.

Users with Facilitator role have the access-level closest to that of the Admins. They are authorized to do the following:

  • operate within the Recording module: start and stop recording, manage intercom announcements, assign participant groups to a recording, or add annotations;
  • use all the functions of the Video Review module: review recordings, download videos, print Video Reports, upload simulation data logs, add annotations to video recordings.
