How to Download a Recording of a Single Camera

1. From the Video Review list, click anywhere on the row of the encounter the video of which you intend to download.

The Video Review screen opens and the video recording(s) is (are) displayed in separate window(s) according to the camera(s).

1. Select the video panel of the recording you intend to download and click the cogwheel icon in the top right corner of its window.

The Window control options appear.

1. Click the download icon and save the video according to the required process of your browser.
