The Recording Setup is basically a short-cut option to get directly to a specific Single Room View from the Dashboard. This function is available for users who have access to start and stop recording, that is, for users with Admin and Facilitator roles.
The pop-up window is available by clicking the cogwheel icon in the bottom right corner of the Recording tile (on the dashboard).
Once opened, it allows for entering a Single Room View (SRV) by selecting either a scheduled event or a specific room.
On the respective tabs of the Select participants panel, user groups can also be assigned to a recording before it is started.
