Once an individual item, or a full section built up of any item, is entered to the system (that is, created within any checklist of any SCE), that item/ section can be used within any other checklist of any other SCE.

  1. To do so, click the reuse icon at the top of the item type panel (at the edge of the checklist tabs).
  2. Select whether a single Question (item) or a whole Section is intended to be reused, then start typing a word or phrase included in the intended item/ section in the Search field.
  3. Click the desired item/ section to insert it in the actual checklist.

    TIP: A reused item/ section can be modified as desired.
