With RNSA Login, you can make learners and SPs skip their dashboard view and land on the data entry page of the activity immediately after they have logged in to the system on a manually authorized workstation.
A manually authorized workstation is a computer that is dedicated to the Running Non-Scheduled Activity (RNSA) booked in the simulation room where the computer is located.
Set up authorized workstations in rooms where there is a Running-Non Scheduled Activity (RNSA) booked.
There are three kinds of workstations you can use: In-room, Hallway, or Additional stations. For details about each station type, click here.
For RNSA Login, you need to set up an In-room station for SPs and/or a Hallway station for learners.
All workstations need to be authorized manually for each room. |
To get started, go to the RNSA room in your training center then log into CAE LearningSpace on a computer:
Now you can add the computer as a workstation to the RNSA room.
Performing data entry is not restricted to authorized RNSA workstations unless the below option is applied. |
To restrict data entry to the manually authorized workstation of a Running Non-Scheduled Activity:
If the above conditions are set, learners and SPs can only complete their data entry from the workstations assigned to the activity. |
