Sessions are important in determining the date and time of the Cases - representing simulated patient encounters - that were added to the Sessions.
Valid Session date is a prerequisite for SP Recruitment. While you can continue with adding Cases without the date of the Session being set up, the + Recruit SP option stays inactive until a date has been selected from the date picker: |
Similar to events, Sessions cannot take longer than a day: A Session must start and end on the same day. |
Sessions are not identical to events and cannot be connected in any way to existing Calendar or Advances Scheduling events. |
The SPA module will not let you book concurrent or partially overlapping Sessions. |
