Find every scenario you have captured with your CAE LearningSpace system in the Video Review module.
The module lists every saved recording individually. A recording contains the footage of every installed camera, the waveform of any simulator, or the data of any medical device added to the room where the scenario was recorded. The system also saves the settings of the Record control panel and annotations.
The date of creation, length, and size (in MB) of a recording are always displayed. The system can draw further details about a recording from its Record control panel settings—such as the room the recording was created in, the people included on the video, the related activity, case—and even the cumulative scores of learners' existing data entry.
The SP and Faculty (FON) or Simulator column display can be enabled in the General tab of the System module with the following checkboxes:
Click on a recording to open it for review: you will be redirected to the Room View of the recording.
The recording automatically launches and displays the streams of every camera that were used in the recording. You can also view the record control settings and annotations that were added during the real-time recording.

Other features are available to users without Admin privilege.
User access to certain features depends on the user's privileges:
Print the detailed report of the selected recording(s).
Upload data logs of simulators or other medical devices to the selected recording(s). 
The button is inactive until at least one recording is selected.
Download a selected video recording. The button is inactive until a recording is selected. The button becomes inactive again if more than one recording is selected: only one recording can be downloaded at a time, but you can download it as a zip file.
Edit the activity or case of the selected recording(s).
Activity Assignment settings do not apply to this user. If added to the faculty group of an activity, a user with Report Reviewer (full control) privilege has access to every learner recording of the activity regardless of the evaluator-evaluee subgroups. Report Reviewer
Activity Assignment settings apply to this user and affect which learner recording the report reviewer has access to. Manage the settings of the activity's evaluator-evaluee subgroups to modify this user's access to recordings.Activity report access for faculty users holding Reports related privileges can be fine-tuned within the Reports tab of an activity. In the Report Reviewer access settings tab, the report reviewer faculty members can be restricted to access only the audio of learner recordings or completely denied access to the recordings of the entire activity. Report reviewer users can also be restrained from downloading the recordings of the activity. |

Activity Assignment settings apply to this user and affect which learner the FON user has access to view the learner's recording and submit her FON checklist. Manage the settings of the activity's evaluator-evaluee subgroups to modify this user's access to learner data entry. Only if the learner is assigned to the recording via the Record control panel and access to Video Review is granted for learners in the Learner access tab of the Reports tab of the activity

If the SP is assigned to the recording via the Record control panelSPs' names appear on a recording if the SPs are either assigned manually or automatically—by Scheduling—to the recording or after they submit data entry for a learner featured on the recording.
