In the Recruit SP popup, you can set up the search criteria to filter your user database for SPs with specific traits and experience.
You can import search requirements from a Case that has been added to the Session, or you can manually set up the criteria.

  1. In the Recruit SP popup, start editing Filters on the left.

    • Search for existing medical conditions using the quick search bar.

Only those medical conditions can be pulled up that have been entered into the global medical condition list. The comprehensive list of medical conditions added to the system is displayed on the right side of the Physical & Medical History tab inside every SP's user profile in Users.

The Medical Conditions List on the left contains the medical conditions the SP has provided about themselves.

Import search requirements from the Case that has been added to the Session, or set up the criteria manually:
    How to Edit Case Requirements

    1. Switch on Apply Case Requirements to import and fill in automatically the case requirements of the appointment.

If the auto-populated case requirements are not exactly what you had in mind, you can edit them manually.
Editing auto-populated filters will not affect the requirements saved at the case in Cases.

The Apply Case Requirements switch will be automatically disabled after manually editing imported search criteria.

If you switch Apply Case Requirements on again, your manually added changes will disappear and the filters will be reset to the default requirements of the case.

    2. Set up search criteria manually if you do not have a Case added to the Session.

  2. Click Filter to search for SPs.

SPs will be filtered down in the Results column in the middle:

Once you have found the most suitable candidates for your scenario,  you can send requests to them with the Recruit SP feature.
