Important Note for Enterprise Lite Users
This feature is to be used with in-campus audiovisual (AV) inputs. Hence, it is not available for LearningSpace Enterprise Lite, as the solution is used for web-conferencing based virtual simulation encounters only. To unlock this feature, please upgrade to the LearningSpace Enterprise solution.
Existing FON Evaluations can be modified by accessing the Data Entry panel through the Single Room View or Video Review screens. The options are the same as when initially completing the evaluation.
IMPORTANT: If in the Case manager, the Responses are final box is checked (at the top of the relevant checklist), the submitted data entry cannot be modified.

The Activity must be running and the user must have privileges for access to be granted.
To review or modify a completed FON evaluation:
- Access the Data Entry panel for the desired evaluation.
2. Make any desired modifications for the group, particular learners, or to the information entered.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Data Entry panel and click Submit.
A confirmation message appears in the Data Entry panel saying the modified FON Evaluation has been submitted.
