With the Record Transfer option of the Record Manager module, it is possible to transfer complete student or SP records from one user to another.

  1. From the Dashboard, switch to Classic View by clicking the diagonal arrow button on the right end of the header (next to the User profile)
  2. From the Classic View Home, click the Records link of the Reports & Results tab. The Record Manager page appears. (See How to Access the Record Manager.)
  3. Click the Record Transfer link at the bottom of the screen. The Record Transfer page appears.



  4. Select the Student or SP radio button to determine the type of user whose record you want to transfer.
  5. Select the Source and Destination Users with the help of the corresponding drop-down menus.

Select a group from the top drop-down to narrow the scope of users to select from the lower drop-down.

6. Click the Transfer button.

A pop-up window appears confirming the transfer: "You are about to transfer all records from every activity from one learner/SP to another! Do you wish to continue?"

7. Click OK. Confirmation message appears.

Make sure the score cache contains valid data for both users and that the Destination User is a participant of the learner/ SP groups of all the Activities that (s)he now has a record for.
IMPORTANT: The records of the Source User, including all video recording and comments, submits and responses in all the Activities, will be transfered to the Destination User (as if the destination user had done them). No backtrack remains, that is, there will be no indication of whether the records are original or transferred. The transfer is impossible to be undone.

The Record Transfer feature is not available for Record Managers, only for users with Administrator privilege!
