Administrators and users with Record Manager privilege can access this module.

In the Record Manager, Admins and Record Managers can search, filter and sort learner performance records across multiple Activities without the need of being added to the faculty group of any of the Activities.
Use the Record Filter drop-downs on the page to set up filtering conditions in the combinations you prefer.  


Results for a records search are displayed below the filter drop-downs.  The selected learner's performance recordings can be filtered down by Activities or Cases.

In Case you haven't narrowed down your search enough—there would be too many records to display—the page will warn you to define some further filtering parameters:



The Record Manager module also provides means to managing all the video recordings of the database, including deleting them or saving selected videos to DVD.


Record Transfer

With the Record Transfer option, it is possible to transfer complete student or SP records from one user to another.

The Record Transfer feature is not available for Record Managers, only for users with Administrator privilege!

IMPORTANT: Record transfer works as a cut-paste operation, not as a copy-paste function, and once a certain user's record is transferred to another users account, the records will be merged, therefore will no longer be separable

Eg. Learners John Smith and Peter Thompson both have records in the CAE LearningSpace system. Once John Smith's records are transferred to Peter Thompson's account, Smith's records cannot be returned to his account, only Simth's and Thompson's cumulated records can be transferred, thereby emptying Thompson's records.
