Hiding a case Case is an alternative for deleting it which completely removes it from the database.

Info

Hiding a case Case has the following effects:

  • Data entry is still possible for a hidden case Case if it is assigned to a running activityActivity.
  • Hidden cases Cases are also displayed in reports if the activity Activity is running.
  1. Open the Edit Case pop-up window for the case Case intended to be hidden.
  2. Tick the Hidden checkbox.
