Necessary privilege to access the module:  

Admin

Users with the Admin privilege can view all Rooms at all times and can access all functions of the Center Overview and Single Room view screens.

Video Control

• privilege to view all rooms at all times EXCEPT for rooms that are currently being used as part of a scheduled event
• during a scheduled event, the room is available for a Video Control privilege user who is a member of the group for which the event is scheduled
• privilege to access all functions of the Center Overview and Single Room View screens (including Annotations, camera controls, recording controls)

Live Video

• privilege to view all rooms at all times EXCEPT for rooms that are currently being used as part of a scheduled event
• during a scheduled event, the room is available for a Live Video privilege user who is a member of the group for which the event is scheduled
• privilege to view live video and make annotations on the Center Overview and Single Room View screens, however, no access to camera controls

FON Data Entry

• privilege to view all rooms at all times EXCEPT for rooms that are currently being used as part of a scheduled event
• during a scheduled event, the room is only available for a FON Data Entry privilege user who is a member of the group for which the event is scheduled
• privilege to view live video and make annotations on the Center Overview and Single Room View screens, however, no access to camera controls
