Necessary privilege to access the module:  

Admin

Users with the Admin privilege can view all Rooms at all times and can access all functions of the Center Overview and Single Room view screens.

Video Full Control

• Has access to every room available at Center Overview in Recording
• Can control recording in all rooms (start, play/pause, Go live!, stop)

• Allowed to edit the Record control panel: add or modify activities \ cases \ groups \ learners \ SPs except 
  • when RNSA easy login is set up in the room and recording is in progress which has been triggered by video start and stop settings (set in Activities)
  • when an event booked in a room is created with Scheduling and has a timeslot structure that controls the video recordings
• Can add annotations any time

Video Control

In comparison with This privilege has certain restrictions compared to Video Full Control, this privilege has certain limitations.. 

Rooms without activity added

Users with this privilege have access toa. Rooms on Center Overview full access to rooms where there is no activity set up added yet.

In this case, the Video Control user

is free to:

• launch and control recording and
• add annotations

without having to define activities \ cases \ groups \ learners \

SPs. 

  OR

• can add any activity s/he is assigned to as a faculty member
• have control over the Record control panel
• control the recording of the activities s/he added
• add annotations to the recordings 

Rooms with an activity

In this case, the Video Control user can only access rooms if s/he is a member of the faculty group of the activity.

b. Rooms where there is an activity set and the Video Control user is a member of the faculty group assigned to this activity

• privilege to view all rooms at all times EXCEPT for rooms that are currently being used as part of a scheduled event
• during a scheduled event, the room is available for a Video Control privilege user who is a member of the group for which the event is scheduled
• privilege to access all functions of the Center Overview and Single Room View screens (including Annotations, camera controls, recording controls)

Live Video

• privilege to view all rooms at all times EXCEPT for rooms that are currently being used as part of a scheduled event
• during a scheduled event, the room is available for a Live Video privilege user who is a member of the group for which the event is scheduled
• privilege to view live video on the Center Overview and Single Room View screens and make annotations in Single Room View, however, no access to camera controls

FON Data Entry

• privilege to view all rooms at all times EXCEPT for rooms that are currently being used as part of a scheduled event
• during a scheduled event, the room is only available for a FON Data Entry privilege user who is a member of the group for which the event is scheduled
• privilege to view live video on the Center Overview and Single Room View screens and make annotations in Single Room View, however, no access to camera controls
