Recordings are performed automatically: a. when RNSA easy login is set in a room and video start and stop triggers are set in Activities OR b. when an event booked in a room is created with Scheduling and has a timeslot structure that controls the video recordings In these cases, the Video Full Control and Video Control user still has access to the recording controls, but only need to intervene if necessary. |
4. Live Video
- privilege to view all rooms at all times EXCEPT for rooms that are currently being used as part of a scheduled event
- during a scheduled event, the room is available for a Live Video privilege user who is a member of the group for which the event is scheduled
- privilege to view live video on the Center Overview and Single Room View screens and make annotations in Single Room View, however, no access to camera controls
