Note

FON users can edit the Record control panel and select learners while there is no recording in progress to view checklists of learners if they need to review checklists for some reason.

However, settings made by a FON user are overridden by any other user's settings (Admin, Video Control or Video Full Control) at the moment they launch the recording.
