Users with this privilege have full access to rooms where there is no activity added yet.

If a Video Control user tries to access a room where there is an activity scheduled but already added, but the user is not a member of the activity's faculty group, the room appears as "Not Available!" on Center Overview, and s/he cannot enter EXCEPT .
In this case, the Video Control user is limited to controlling the recording in the room (start, play/pause, Go live!, stop) and cannot add annotations or adjust the Record control panel. |
