Important Note about Automatic Recodings

Recordings are performed automatically when:

a. RNSA easy  RNSA login has been set in a room and video start and stop triggers have been defined in Activities

OR

b. an event booked in a room has been created with Scheduling and has a timeslot structure that controls the video recordings

The above settings will be altogether called automatic recordings in the guide. Automatic recordings may block certain functionalities that otherwise would be available.
