Live Video users can only access the functionalities they are allowed to use if a recording is in progress.

4.1 Rooms without activity added1 Rooms without RNSA or any previously added activity

Users with this privilege can access any room where there is no activity added yet.

4.2 Rooms with 2 Rooms where RNSA is set up or an activity is added by another user

Here, the rule of thumb is that the Live Video user can only access rooms if s/he is a member of the faculty group of the activity.
