Recordings are performed automatically when: a. RNSA login has been set in a room and video start and stop triggers have been defined in Activities OR b. an event booked in a room has been created with Scheduling and has a timeslot structure that controls the video recordings The above settings will be altogether referred to as automatic recordings in the guide. Automatic recordings may override certain functionalities that otherwise would be available. |
Important Note about Automatic Recodings...
- FON user needs to be a faculty member of the activity added or scheduled to the room
- the case assigned to the activity needs to contain a Faculty Observation and Narrative (FON) checklist
The name(s) of the learner(s) who is\are currently being recorded will be displayed at the bottom of the Record control panel.
