| IMPORTANT: When an Activity is copied, all of its specifications, including participant assignment, report availability, sharing assignments along with itsActivity Reporting Setup settings, are duplicated as well. Consequently, a copied Activity will be shared by default with any Activity Manager user that the original Activity has been shared with. |
- Access the Edit Activity pop-up window for the Activity desired to be copied.
- Click the 'three-dot' (options)
icon in the top right corner of the window. - Click the Copy button.
4. A message appears confirming that a copy has been successfully created.

| NOTE: The copy of the Activity will receive a system-generated title: the title of the original Activity affixed with "copy" and the serial number of the copy in brackets. The title of the copied Activity, and any other feature, can be changed in its Edit Activity pop-up window. |
