NA = Notification Admin
NA can access the Notification admin interface via VPN as a website.
Notifications can be sent out to a subset of Customers based on filters.
NA can filter the notification sending based on patch level; based on license type (Experience;Essentials;Enterprise); based on Image type (257R;etc)
NA can set a subject for a notification (plain text) and can set the content of a notification in a similar way modern emails are written
NA can view if a certain notification was opened by a customer (user email included ???)
The end-user with the following privileges should get the notification of a system
Admin
System Manager
Video Control (full control)
SRP (full control)
Case Author (full control)
Report Reviewer (full control)
Inventory Manager (full control)
--- Notifications should appear in LearningSpace on a per-individual basis (???)
The end-user with Admin privilege should get an email copy of the notification sent to the system
