The 4-step Batch User Create process of creating or modifying users in batches is described on the assigned tab.
NOTE : Switching between steps can only be done by the Next and Previous buttons at the bottom of the tab.
In case of editing, a user may also download in excel format data of already existing groups that the user has privilege to access. Such excel sheets facilitate modifications intended to be made for more users within the same group. All group templates accessible to the user can be found in the drop-down list at Download template. If none selected, the default 'Empty template' can be downloaded.
IMPORTANT: Zip file format is also supported, but only the excel template downloadable from CAE LearningSpace can be used for Batch User Create purposes – whether as a single excel or in a zip file.
NOTE: Dates included in the template (SP details) need to be expressed in the following format: YYYY-MM-DD.
