Timeslot Structure Template: a template that can be created for timeslots, allowing for automatic start and stop of recording, or intercom announcement. The structure is set up in relation to the start of a timeslot, by determining how many seconds/ minutes after the start of the timeslot should a certain system-generated action occur.
- Access the Activity Scheduler page.
- Click the Timeslot Structure Templates link below the Event Setup table (the Add New Event button).
On the Timeslot Structure Templates page, click the Add New button.
TIP: To edit an already created template, select it from the drop-down menu, conclude the modifications in the displayed sturcture and click Save.- By default, the name of the new template is 'Structure' followed by the ordinal number of template being created, but it can be directly modified as desired.
Define the first action by determining how many seconds/ minutes after the start of the timeslot should the system-generated action occur, then select the type of action from the drop-down menu.
NOTE: Once a "Send audio..." option is selected, an additional menu is displayed allowing for the selection of the specific announcement. Announcements are to be set up on the Intercom tab of the System module.
Define the following action(s), if any, the same way as the first one.
IMPORTANT: A newly added action is displayed at the top of the structure, but the order of the actions will be the order of the addition - as displayed below the first line.TIP: Any added action can be deleted by clicking the respective Delete button.- Once completed, click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
The template will be available for use when Creating Timeslots.
IMPORTANT: As all system-generated actions are set up in relation to the start of the timeslot, it is crucial that the last such action should never exceed the length of the timeslot.
