Create appointments inside sessions in order to find and send requests to SPs of specific traits and skills.

Appointments are segments that correspond to a particular inside a session to which you can invite SPs.

Appointments can be paired up with the existing cases of your system:

The case added to an appointment will appear as the subject of the requests SPs will receive in their CAE SPA mobile app: 


Also, by adding a case to an appointment, you can import its requirements to simplify the recruitment process.

When searching for the right fit for your patient scenario, you can auto-fill search criteria in the Filter column on the SP Recruit tab: 

If you do not want to add a case as the subject of the appointment, you can select the Custom Subject option from the appointment drop-down.


There is only one "Custom Subject" item that you can select from the subject list, but this option can be found at every appointment.
