Text item types require learners to provide freely-worded textual answers which in turn cannot be scored automatically by the system. Such answers have to be evaluated by faculty members with the necessary competence. Within LearningSpace, users dedicated for this task have to have OEQS privilege which is associated with the Admin, the Facilitator and the Faculty roles. With the necessary role, users can conclude Open-Ended Question Scoring as follows.
